This Monday was the traditional Golden Globes ceremony, the prestigious award ceremony of the actors of the 7th art, in Los Angeles. One of the people present on the red carpet at the awards was the Cameroonian actress Constance Ejuma.
Unlike previous years where the awards ceremonies of American cinema such as the Oscars, were taken by African American actors, the Golden Globes returned in 2017 with a whole new spirit. Focus on racial parity, which for once seemed to have been respected. One could count on the starting blocks of the nominees of names such as those of Viola Davis, Denzel Washington, Kerry Washington, Ruth Negga, Mahershala Ali, Naomie Harris or that of the (ultimately) evening winner Tracee Ellis Ross.
An afro presence that was also present on the red carpet where one could see in a good place was the actress Constance Ejuma. The Cameroonian who recently interpreted a role in the Spin off of the series Esprits Criminels. She was simply stunning during this event.
At the end of the award it was possible to retain from this mass of cinema and television names such as that of the film La La Land which won not less than 7 awards including that of the musical of the year. We also remember the victory of the series The People vs. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story in the best TV adaptation category.
