Weekly new releases : Songs from around Africa

We are back again. Fresh as ever, our updated list of new and trending songs. All the vibes here, and only on www.karawadiary.com. Let’s jump right in [ remember, to play the songs, click the names of the artist]

K Major – All kind thing : The Cameroonian dope artist finally releases the video. We always expected something dope to turn up, and of course, it did. Pure trap music, Kris Major uses mboko to express the weird things we see in daily life. Kumba people, always amazing!

Paul Okoye – Nagode : Seems Paul was desperately waiting to quit from the group P-Square. Paul has drawn the first blood by releasing his own single without his brother on it, its called Nagode and this is not good music I must say, its just half of what psquare could do and not cool at all. No bias.

Lil Kesh – Baby Favour : Mr EFEJOKU is with magic hits again. “Baby Favour” comes after ” Love Story”. In his usual Yoruba style, the track is a dancehall track. Well, I don’t understand Yoruba, so I can’t tell you what the song means. Still the same, it’s superb!

R2Bees  – Plantain Chips : The Ghanian duo can kill someone. I just so much love the title ” Plantain chips”. Maybe I’ll release my own song titled “Boiled cassava”. Back to it, you just can’t listen to this song and not love it. Afropop style, good video, Mugees voice nailed it!

R2Bees – Over :  Again with the Ghanian duo, a good love song. Not really sure why Mugees had to use autotune to his voice while he has a good voice.

Tiwa Savage – Sugarcane : First was R2Bees with “Plantain chips”. Now , it’s “sugarcane”. Maybe Davido will release a song titled “Biscuit”. This song amassed 100k views on release over Youtube. What more can you imagine? Dancehall, easy lyrics, love song category.
